The booking form is On-Line! At this time, be advised that this form is only to supply us with information to assist us in meeting your request. Please be aware there are stipulations and rules to be followed for renting a vacation villa. Once again, this form is utilized to assist us in order to contact you for further information.
   
Your reservation will be noted when you either Fax, Mail, or use our Electronic Mail Form, which can be accessed below.
   
 
We will contact you to make confimation of your booking and will proceed from that point.

Deposit


A deposit equal to 20 per cent of the reservation must be received in our office no later than 10 days after confirmation by our office of booking. Full balance must be received in our office eight (8) weeks prior to anticipated arrival date.

  Credit Card deposit required no later than Check In or $250.00 cash refundable by mail 30 days after departure.
 
Cancellation Policy
   
(72) hours from the date of booking, full refund. (8) weeks or more prior to arrival, full refund less required deposit. (8) weeks or less prior to arrival, no refund. Should this reservation remain unpaid eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date, Paradise Resort Villa's reserves the right to cancel this reservation and in this event any amounts paid will be forfeit. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Paradise Resort Villa's reserves the right to place guests in an alternative property of equal quality.
   
***NOTE*** All pools are not equipped with pool heaters. There is an additional charge for pool heating and unless the additional pool heating charge is paid in advance, there will be no guarantee that you will be booked into a house equipped with a pool heater
   
(SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED) CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00PM, CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00AM. There will be an additional charge for late checkouts. Late checkouts must be pre-approved with management 24 hours prior to departure. All homes are privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
