MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS

  3. Advanced telephone systems in homes providing a low cost blocking device that even blocks the .25 cent calls with over riding access codes for the owner.

  4. Interior appliance and pool equipment warranty programs available annually, to our clients only, to protect against unexpected expenses and /or loss of revenue.

  5. We can supply year round bookings or if the owner is organizing their own bookings, we can just help out by filling in the gaps. Bookings are paid to the owner no later than thirty days of departure.

  6. Specialized property management computer software to insure accuracy in organizing and tracking reservations. Owner is notified immediately when a reservation is taken, changed or canceled.

  7. 24 hour guest services and emergency services to all guests.
